It all started a long time in a galaxy far away …….

So that one has already been written. Here is our story.

We have been selling darts and supplies since 1988 when I co-owned Ohio’s favorite dart bar ‘The George and Dragon’. Fondly remembered by those who played, drank, and fell in love there. However alcohol and a day job sadly interfered and once the place was sold and I still had all these darts, flights, and shafts on my hands I turned by hand to selling them to local players and trying to wholesale them using the ADO (American Dart Organization) magazine Double Eagle.

The business grew very slowly until one day I hooked up with the inventor and manufacturer of the Vector SMART dart. A few inspired business moves later we were making the darts (here in beautiful Akron, Ohio).

The business grew very slowly. Despite all the advantages that the Vector darts offers the player (see them in out Moveable Point SMART Dart category) we never could penetrate the dealer network. Players could see the results of using the darts – they won more games, but the dealers were reluctant to stock them.

The business grew very slowly. Until the advent of the Internet. Once we were able to sell directly to players anywhere in the world the darts started flying out of here. Since then we have been able to stock more products and now offer one of the largest selections of darts and accessories to the world.

You will not find a lot of the popular dart brands on our site. No Hammerheads®, Unicorn® or Black Widows®. The owners of these brands have well-established dealer networks which mark-up their products each time they change hands. We do not have that network which means that we can sell many of our products cheaper.

We believe in only listing what we have in stock. Visit many online stores and you will find that they are out of stock of many items or there are 3 - 4 week shipping times. Why advertise 1000 different darts if you only have 10 in stock.
